This clasp will put a smile on your face! It's cheery design is nicely detailed to stand out as a focal element, if you wish. It is also secure with divots that hold the clasp in place. This technique means the magnet doesn't need to be as strong in order to hold securely in place but it is also easy to get on and off.
NOTE: Use a glue such as Super New Glue to attach your leather or cork. You can use thicker leather than 2.5mm if you use flat nose pliers to squish the ends so they fit inside the slot.
