Delivery service was poor and the first attempt at delivery failed presumably because the deliverer did not seem to understand how to deliver here. Also, the delay between sale and actual dispatch seemed longer than usual with this vendor.

Clasp was smaller than it looked in the listing, but I might have missed the dimensions. Delivery through chit chats was not of a standard I am used to.

Great service and great product

The Pat 2007 clasps are my go-to clasps that I use to attach dozens of bracelet attachments for my Medic Alert emblem.
