Shipping policy

Canada

  • FREE SHIPPING on all orders of $115 of more. Not including tax. 
  • $9.00 Shipping with tracking & $100 insurance, delivered within 4-7 business days.
  • $25 Courier Shipping - 1-3 business days. Please note: For those outside major urban centres the cost may be higher by $5 to $10. If so, I will contact you for the additional amount if you wish to proceed. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: These delivery times are a general estimate for urban areas -- rural and remote communities will take about 25% longer. 

USA

  • NOTE: Rates say approximately as currency fluctuations will change the amount slightly
  • We offer free US Air shipping with tracking for all orders above $95 USD
  • US Air with Tracking: Approximately $8 USD. Delivery 4 to 9 business days
  • US Air with Tracking and Full insurance: 12 USD. Delivery 4 to 9 business days. 
  • PLEASE NOTE: I endeavour to cover most tariffs and customs fees. However, the situation changes constantly. Most of what I sell is covered by USMCA so duty free. But I cannot control what US customs might charge in certain situations.

EURO ZONE

  • Price with tracking ranges from approximately 10 Euros to 18 Euros depending on country: Delivery 10 to 14 business days
  • DHL Courier: Approximately 20 Euros depending on country. Delivery 3 to 5 business days. Import fees may apply at delivery.
  • Insurance: All packages do not include insurance. If you wish insurance please request it at checkout and we will let you know the cost. Insurance varies depending on value of shipment. We will invoice via PayPal for insurance add on.
  • CUSTOMS FEES: Most of the Euro Zone has added import and customs fees for all packages entering the EU. I endeavour to cover them at the export end but it is not always possible. So you may face VAT and import fees. If you have concerns please contact me.

OTHER INTERNATIONAL

  • Price with tracking ranges from approximately 15 to $30 CAD, depending on country: Delivery 12 to 21 business days.
  • DHL Courier: Available in most countries. Approximately $45 to $70 CAD depending on country: Delivery 4 to 7 business days.
