Skaloti is designed to work with any pattern that starts or finishes with size 11\O Delicas. You can also use it with seed beads, and I've also seen it used to end beadwork using SuperDuos and GemDuos, as long as you insert a spacer bead in between where the shaped beads taper. You get a nice, clean ending with no multiple stitching into a clasp. Simply add an earring finding or attach a clasp to the end loop.
