This delightful toggle looks amazing in designs using 1 to 1.2mm cord or leather. You can also use silk or any material that can be knotted. You can go to 1.5mm if the material can be crushed to poke it through the hole. Its small size makes Dotty Toggle perfect for dainty projects. Find 1mm Superior round leather HERE.
TIP: The hole is 1.5mm but since you are knotting to secure it, use something that is no more than 1.2mm. You can also use Griffin Silk size 16 (1.05mm thick). Once knotted it will hold securely.
TIP #2: Make sure you knot on both sides of the hole so the clasp doesn't slide. Make sure you leave a enough room for the bar to fit inside the circle.
